      2015 resolved, 4/20 L ear, increase 2/21
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      2015,noise,2020-21 SNHL
      I actually was careful for the record. This is not really a forum to be all judgie of others Jupiterman. I had a very good plan with my ENT. I protect my hearing religiously. I’m pretty good at beating myself up for my own decisions, I really don’t need your help.

      Noise trauma
      Well my hyperacusis seems pretty much resolved now. A car alarm suddenly went off quite near me and it didn't seem to hurt my ears at all. I did immediately take shelter in a nearby store, though.

      My tinnitus, on the other hand, has gone through the roof. Almost certainly due to stress and a heightened emotional state, seeing as I'm going through a divorce right now.

      Ear wax or COVID-19 infection
      What I would like to see is some improvement rates for those who have tinnitus - not from acoustic shock.

      So post COVID-19 vaccine, COVID-19 infection, ear wax etc.
