Stupid Wrist

So, I’ve had T for a little over 2 months now. Fairly mild - volume at 2 or 3 most of the time. I’ve been taking a little longer to fall asleep than I used to, but I am sleeping okay without drugs or anything, so I’d like to keep it that way, at least in the long term.

… and then I sprained my wrist. Very minorly. It should heal on its own, and I have it wrapped. But the pain is just enough to be one more thing that makes it harder to fall asleep at night, especially if I try to sleep on my side and the wrist isn’t flat and supported. So, just what I needed, clearly….
