The nasal spray I've been using is working. My T is getting quieter day by day. I'm focusing on it right now, but it's easier to hear the gentle fan of my laptop.
  • The Doctor suggested there was not much I could do about it.
  • People suggested never using earbuds to listen to music again.
It appears both of these theories were incorrect. Do I have a specific type of T? One that is seasonal perhaps? Because last week it was so loud that it made me jump to very silly conclusions.

Am I allowed to say the brand name of the nasal spray, or would that be considered advertising?

That's very odd indeed. Yours might be inflammation by the sounds of it.

What nasal spray was it and how long did you use it for? :) I noticed when I took some today my ear which I have the worst tinnitus was popping. I'm not sure if it lowered my T.

Glad its helping you. I alternate using Nasonex, Flonase & Beconase allergy sprays for my seasonal spring & fall allergies. They never really helped the T. But, when I occasionally use over-the-counter Afrin, the T spike will go down a bit. Unfortunately, my doctor says I need to use it sparingly because if used over 3 days in a row, it has a rebound affect & it also raises blood pressure.
