Hello colleagues. Today there was an unpleasant incident - when I hardly woke up in the morning in bed, being in a half-sleep, in the kitchen my mother dropped the iron cover onto the iron plate. I was amazed and shocked. Immediately the dream was gone. I do not know how loud it was, but a very unpleasant sound. My bed was about 2 meters from the stove. You tell me - the stirring acoustic reflex in the ears works in a dream? I caught a spike. The whole day is not his own . I can not work. What is it?

but it's hardly something serious, like an acoustic trauma?

The fact that it was 2 meters away ought to make a big difference. I had something similar happen - my ear was 30 cm away. I expect you will get a spike lasting for several days, but I can't see it being permanent.

I do not know your living situation but it seems odd that your bed is so close to a cooking area.

Have you had a splash of tinnitus after this incident with the plates? He passed?

Yes, many will find this unusual. Especially for people from Europe or the USA. But I live very poorly in Russia. Most of the money we steal officials and friends of Putin.

I had a spike. Then one or two days after that, I realized that I can hear a new T sound in the formerly healthy ear. This was about a month ago, and I can still hear it :( . However, the new sound has faded, somewhat. There is still hope that it is not going to be permanent.

The new sound might NOT have been caused by that particular noise. It is impossible to know for sure...

also my third muscle twitches for the third day spontaneously - basically, the right forearm and biceps. It's probably because of a strong experience. I really worry after this incident with the clatter of the lid. Also yesterday I had heart problems .. What do you think? I'm afraid that the noise will remain

The longest spike. Lasts about a week.

It appeared after I dropped the iron cover on the iron plate.

Usually spike after such episodes takes place within 2-3 days. Also for the first time this time, my arm muscles began to tremble (like a nervous tic). Is it from the nerves or perhaps the magnesium deficiency?

What do you advise? Should I take prednisolone?

Now I drink NAC and Cytoflavin (nicotinamide, succinic acid, inoside).

Try not to panic. If it lasts longer than 3 months, then you can begin to worry about it being permanent.

Did you have such long spikes, did they pass?

Yes, I had a spike that gradually faded until I concluded that it was over about 3 months after it began.

Should I take magnesium if my spike continues? I did not take Prednisolone, although I have a pack. Since I reasoned that he could even be dangerous. Adopted NAC, Vitamin C and cytoflavin. But I'm thinking about magnesium - Because I had cramps and twitching in the muscles. Maybe this and a thorn? Prednisolone is still not worth it, yes

I have been taking Magnesium bis glycinate. It hasn't made me worse.
