Tinnitus Expectations

Maybe I should make a post on this forum about pink noise and how to use it.

My T. is very low, I can only hear when I'm in a quiet room.

Im also discussing this with Steve now in a conversation.

There are spots on this forum about using pink noise when you have T. only.

But how to use when you have both T and H? Sorry, I'm a little confused.

 

I don't wear headphones over my ears, rather off my ears so I hear, but not have sound directly into my ears. I downloaded some pink music if you do a search if you want a cd you can purchase one, would have to search for a link, other wise youtube. I also have an mp3 loaded from a sound pillow that has pink noise. I use it anytime, while soft music is playing or in a silent room and my H starts to act up. I adjust according to my H, keeping it lower, rather than higher, so it does not stir my H up worse. I do not have a therapist.

 

Off ears, still confused lol? How can you hear the sound when you have it off ears.
Crazy question, but can you make a quick draw something in MS Paint or make a pic when you wear the headphones off ears?

2000 bucks is a lot of money for me, a broke _ss.

 

On the upper flap of your ears, above the opening to your ears, just my preference, never catch me wearing headphone or earbuds again. No you can get a cd I thought I say it advertised for about $25. Check for a link or ask someone I think it is called Pink Noise CD.

 

Well heck, why not? Made this 1 hour 16 bit (cd-quality) pink noise file in a few minutes with Audacity

I used to mess with with music software before I got t and H. (often with headphones on)
I still have Audacity on my PC.
