Hi all,
About a week ago, I (stupidly) fell asleep with my earbuds still in. I woke up the next morning and found that I had slept on my right side, and so the right earbud had pushed into my ear quite far. Music was only playing for about 30 minutes and not very loudly, but my ear was a little sore. After removing the earbud, the soreness faded over the course of the day, but I was left with a pressure and ringing in my right ear. I have had this happen once before (in early July, took my ears about a month to return to normal). What I am wondering is, did I really mess up by doing it again? Will my T heal up on its own again, or is it here to stay?
