Tinnitus from Stifling Three Sneezes

Hi all,

My name is Mathias, and I have had tinnitus for two months. I got it from closing my nose to try to lower the volume of my sneezes. I stifled three sneezes, and the last one, I felt my head was dizzy. Right after the incident, I got tinnitus. I have no hearing loss and feel okay in general. I had tinnitus for two months now, and I have also struggled more with neck pain than I usually do.

My tinnitus started in my left ear but quickly moved to my right ear and is really loud in my right ear. When I get neck pains or a stiff neck, the volume increases a lot.

Do you know of any similar cases? I hope it goes away, but after two months of not getting better, I fear it's some permanent damage.
