Tinnitus Got Louder 3 Months Ago and It Has Been Pure Hell

My tinnitus got louder 3 months ago, and it has been hell, has anyone had their get louder and been able to readjust to a normal life?

I hope you had some ear checks done with having the increase 3 months ago.
Maybe hearing aids or white noise generators will help.
Have your bloods checked for anaemia and BP checked and make sure you dont have any sinus or allergy problems .
