Hi guys, I've had mild tinnitus for 14 months now and I can say I've coped extremely well. Yesterday though when I woke up I noticed my T sounded a bit higher than normal. It's been a day and it still sounds the same. Should I worry?
Hi Carlos,
You are doing really well with tinnitus.
Spikes ( flair ups in sound )can come and go from a few hours or days but will go back to your normal base sound so try not to worry and be kind to your self with nice treats keep your mood up through a spike and listed to music if you have trouble consentrating till it passes....lots of love glynis
