Has anyone combined Neural Symphony with one or more Audio Notch tracks, notched to your (perceived) frequency, and found it effective at reducing, not just distracting?

I bought the iPhone $9.99 pack and am just playing with it now. I can't seem to search for a specific track, and they are not in alphabetical order, so it's sort of hunt-and-peck. I guess I'll send some enhancement suggestions for the iOS platform via the AppStore!

I'm enjoying this pingy-twinkly soundscape, though!!

This is great, I noticed on some of the neuromod tracks that @Steve put on YouTube he advised not more than an hour at a time for up to 6 hours a day, does the same apply here as well?

I would advise this with most things because of the way your brain is with sound - the phenomenon some people call ear-worms. If you listen to anything for long enough it can seem like it gets stuck in there and it isn't fun. It isn't that good to over expose yourself to anything that doesn't change over time.

There is a random element to this generator but it may still lodge in your ears if you listen too long, try cycling it with some other things :)

Good to know... I've been running this throughout the night. I'll be more careful now with it.

In my view the more control us tinnitus sufferers have over how we deal with tinnitus, the better, myNoise definitely seems to offer the right level of user control.

Another app I am considering (would like feedback on this) is called Whist Tinnitus Relief (or something similar).

How do one use this? I don't understand... The melody/sound that comes when I go to the site, does not mask my tinnitus and is quite distressing to me.

I did not find the noise helpful, either, and after I turned it off I noticed that my tinnitus had spiked significantly.

I found out that if you click on the blue hearts you get ready-made sounds/tracks by users. I have found some of them useful :)

Just the one that plays when you enter the site, is to me distressing.

For me this masks my tinnitus even when I set it at a low volume below my tinnitus. It’s not a fun sound to listen to but it works to block the sound of tinnitus.

It also makes my tinnitus softer for at least 30 minutes after listening.
