What's with that? My T is almost always worse in the few hours before bedtime. Anyone else?

It's different for everyone. Mine is lowest in the morning, loudest midday, then gradually gets better the later it gets, then the cycle repeats when I wake up.

Absolutely. I hate going to bed... Going to sleep is pretty much over for me, I have to watch something on the background until I pass out. I figured out that it's not just at night, the longer you stay awake the worse it gets. Working through the night is really annoying these days.

Mine just never shuts up round the clock in both ears and drives me nuts.
So happy to have dual purpose hearing aids take the edge off it but it's a daily battle....lots of love glynis

Same here. It ramps up during the day for the "special finale" right before sleep.

So you still have T even after your pregnancy, hey?

Is it possible that your T is worse just before bed because you're anxious about going to bed, knowing that you'll have to deal with it?

Mines also more noticeable when going to bed, probably due to lack of other noise, but I do try to not pay any attention to it. A lot of the time, my mind quickly drifts and I fall asleep.

Yup. Baby is 5 months and my tinnitus is still here. :dunno: I don't think I'm anxious about it at night because it usually is manageable when I lay down- its just really loud when I'm trying to relax about 2 hours before bed and watch tv or if I'm working late. Always seems to get worse in that 2 hours before bedtime. So annoying..

      How are you?
