TMJ Timetable

@Ears Hurt @glynis im travelling 2moro to start TMJ treatment and to find out just how bad my jaw is

I can't even move my jaw without hearing popping and cracking and when I walk it's really loud I can even hear the cracking when I'm talking

 

If my T is due to TMJ does that mean I shouldn't be afraid of loud noise ?

 

Yes, athough you should still protect your ears from loud sounds as much as you can. I myself don't have any issues with loud sounds, although I get startled and afraid for a moment after hearing such sounds. If your T isn't caused by any parts of your ear, you should actually be fine.

Always protect your ears! My condition could be related to TMJ too, but I always wear ear protection since our healthy hair cells could suffer from loud noises.

 

I think everyone on here is afraid of loud sounds. We are the only population that knows better, due to knowing the torture sound causes.
