Dear Dr. Nagler,

I am a little curious about one thing. Can you explain what happened after 15 month of TRT. How did you know when to stop? After how long time could you feel any difference? Did your improvement come week by week or more like half a year at a time?

I guess there is considerable variation in the above regard.

For me, I felt no improvement whatsoever for more than a year - and then during a span of but a few short weeks I began to improve rapidly. How did I know when to stop? Well, of course I was in touch with my TRT clinician, but basically it was when putting on the devices each morning became too much of a bother. Because, in actuality, putting them on ... was no bother at all!
