unknown, started the moment I woke up from a nightmare.
A symptom that none of the ENTs I visited paid much attention to despite telling it exactly as below:

Before I get my tinnitus, since 5-6 months ago I am getting frequent vertigo *almost* everytime I stand up quickly, the vertigo is strong to the point I feel blacking out and I had to grab on something to avoid falling, it lasts only 3-4 seconds.

Yesterday I was trying squat exercises in gym and I felt it too. When I am asleep and stand up quickly it happens 80% of the times.

Anyone ever experienced or heard of this?

This could be to high or low blood pressure so needs checking out.
It could also be a inner ear problem.

None of the doctors said anything about inner problem; I wasn’t offered MRI nor CT.

If your vertigo is daily then you need to get checked out.

I get this also, when I stand up I feel like I black out and I have to close my eyes and sit down because I feel dizzy and lightheaded. I was doing squats and jumping jacks and I felt this. I'm not sure what it could be??

Sounds like the classic case of low blood pressure.
