VNG (Videonystagmography) Testing

I have a Tinnitus for at least 7 years. Got worse in one ear and some dizziness.
I had MRI and everything is fine with the brain. I don't want to spend more money than I have to.

How important is the VNG testing to my ears?

My dizziness is annoying but not the end of the world. I feel like there is really no benefit for me to have this test done.

Did you ever have a VNG test done? Was it beneficial?

Is this testing for Meniere's?

I don't think it's done for tinnitus only??
