Went to My First Live Gig Last Night in 5 Years and Then...

And then, well nothing happened with my tinnitus, it was great. Great sound, used my custom molded earplugs that I've finally used.

The sound with them is great.

I've been a regular here for my first few years of tinnitus. And then, maybe like most of the members here, I've just continued living my life and trying to enjoy it.

I just wanted to say that I'm not advising going to loud shows but some shows are OK. I've selected this one in particular because I knew it wasn't an aggressive band.

The band was "Men I Trust", great band by the way. You can find them on YouTube if you're into indie pop.
