Hi @another sean

I collect Western Art in portfolio books.

Picture 1 is by Thomas Moran.
Picture 2 - not sure.
Picture 3 - William Robinson Leigh.

Great stuff.

@Jazzer I love you. Just saying in general. You're an awesome person. And so feisty at 76! (I say this with only respect!)

Love you too buddy.
I've noticed your posts and your reply's.
Always the opposite of 'bullshit !!'

Like me, you get pissed off with the
"hobbycraft Tinnitus dabblers," who were absolutely suicidal (really) but they've put their mind to it, are getting better, and we can too!

Having said that, I do look for a better way forward, and find some practices that seem to help me some, one being meditation.
If something works for me, of course I keep it in.

As to being 76 and awesome - I'm not too sure about that anymore.
I was pretty pleased with myself until three months ago - first call jazz trombonist for five jazz bands - playing very well - not afraid of anybody on our scene over here - but then I had to step out of my career of 55 years, or risk further damage.
In one hour of phone calls, I left five bands.

I bet you're not too surprised I get a bit feisty in some of my posts - eh!!

@Manny - I used to cruise to the Carribean, New Orleans, New York, Quebec etc,
playing in the jazz band on the QE 2....
now I stay home and do the gardening.....

@Jazzer The emotions I feel right now are most unbearable. I was not cruising with a band, but I there were so very many things I was doing that I loved that were yanked from me by T and HL. Music, of course tops the list by very far. Music was my everything, and so much more. I was just starting my life (I'm in my mid-twenties) and now this. I'm seven months in and no better than the beginning, only a bit worse.
I don't think I can do this much longer, but at least I feel I've had a good run so far. Some knights make it all the way through the trail, some are tragically cut down in middle. The cruelty of unbridled fate.
Much love your way. I'm so sorry for your losses as well. Peace friend and namaste.

Listen bud - we have to stay for a bit longer.
Seriously - things might change.
Research could make a break through,
maybe come up with a drug that will ease it for us,
you might find a better way to cope, a better way to come through.
I've only just met you buddy - I'm expecting you to do your best - and I'll do the same. Okay ??

Definitely doing my best. Don't know where it will lead me. Much love again. That's all I've got to say for now.
- your friend,
Manny
