.......an incredible resource......

Our own suffering goes on the back burner
- as we automatically
go into rescue mode......

We weren't born to be heroes,
It is not a role that we wanted.
We just wanted to find love,
comfort, and happiness.
Life can be so unkind.
BUT - we can get better
by getting stronger,
and looking to help each other
provides a different perspective.
We have all got more than a
grain of heroism in us.
Love to every amazing
person on here.

You can forget all about "Baywatch"
plastic boobs - six packs - and pectorals
grown in the gym - they're nothing !!

* We are the real deal *

Such a shame, but we can't seem to switch our 'noise off'' can we?

Peace and quiet was so lovely wasn't it?
But I still need to live in peace.

For me, keeping calm and relaxed is crucial.
As I wake up to noise each day and suffer for a bit, I eventually say to myself,
"Easy Dave - just take it easy...."
and I relax, making absolutely sure that my mouth is lovely and soft,
my teeth apart,
and my tongue floating in water.

(sorry to be so repetitive - but it truly helps me)

Take care ladies

I am so very sorry that you are going through all of this turmoil. You have many supportive friends here and they have you in a group hug. I am joining them and offering you a hug. Let the tears flow, they help to release the distress that you are feeling.:huganimation:

I'm glad to be a part of the group :)

My depression afflicts me, but the love I can show over powers it....Always turn negativity into POSITIVITY...

It's good to know that there's a place you can go where people "get it," and are there to offer encouragement and support -- sometimes that can be the difference in how one gets through the bad day. The "t" may be unpredictable, but the spirit of goodwill that comes through in so many of the posts here is not -- you folks offer hope on the dark days.

Very well put - my feelings exactly x

Thank you emmalee
It's been so comforting to have such warm support. This forum is wonderful with such kind people, including yourself. Feeling strong isn't always possible for me now.
Hope you are not struggling too much yourself.
