What Is Your New Year's Resolution?

Mine is to take my life back from tinnitus, cure or no cure.

 

Maybe learning to skate.

 

I never make some. I never seem to be able to fulfill them anyway, so I just gave up. That way I won't be disappointed.

 

My new year's resolution is to transfer an apt or house in a quite place so that my t won't worse and it will continue to be settle down or fade. Also avoid foods that worsen my t and lastly find a part time job that will suite my condition.

 

I thought new year resolutions were not meant to be fulfilled haha!

I wanna be 120 pounds. Be a beautiful person. Continue my spritual journey. Continue to think.

All I want to do is encourage
Health
Happiness
Growth
Spirituality
Positivity

And get a boyfriend or two or four.

 

Reverse the damage I have done to my ears and do something with my entrepreneurial ideas. Get my life back, and open the doors that the tinnitus closed.

Be healthier both mentally and physically, and stop letting trauma control me and hold me back.

 

To take one day at a time
Exercise more (Because my therapists keep telling me it will help me mentally)
Read an historical novel so when the older people come into the library and ask for recommendations i can give it to them.

Most of them probably sound stupid but right now its all i can muster

 

To not become the person that my ex broke up with.

Instead becoming more healthy, polite and mature.

 

To only consume 2 bottles of whiskey a week.

 

To only smoke a half oz of pot a week here.

 

To be ok with this very new curse... and to be okay with it if it gets worse.

 

Losing touch with reality to cope with all my problems.

 

Stay alive because I've chosen to live no matter what.
