Where Did the Time Go?

To be honest no - I just decided fuck it and live my life really. I ain't tried any of the other things which people swear by. It will either get better or it won't I figure and if I start trying stuff then knowing me I will start getting really anxious and want to try everything! The party plugs are what I used on Saturday - they don't seem to have done me much
Good. The custom pro ones are expensive but are used by musicians spins crew - heavy duty shit

 

This is the only thing I'm trying @Chris Alexander ......not getting in any anxiety or sleeping meds...that is bullshit too....well I already ordered the party plugs.....will see what happens with them .....good luck....
