I’m so sorry you’re having to go through something so terrible so young.

      What caused yours?

      Noise exposure (most likely)
It was no particular event. At first it was so quiet I could only hear it in a silent room. Then it got a bit louder and I stopped going to pubs/parties. Then my tinnitus became sensitive to things like traffic, restaurants and what not. Now I can hardly stand going around the city. I tried recently and got a nasty spike. Knock on wood it's going to be ok.

No decent home jobs can be done without participating in calls which irritate my ears. My unemployment money will end on July 31st. At least I’m already living with my parents. I’ve had H since April 28th, little improvement since then. Well, it started improving a lot after a week, then a nearby lightning strike put an end to that. Pretty sure I’m screwed for the next few years at least. No hearing loss so I doubt fx-322 will work for me. If the potassium channel/nav 1.7 drugs don’t fix me I’ll probably take the easy way out. I think they will though.
