Yellow Fever Vaccine

So I'm heading on some travels and need to get a vaccine for yellow fever. I'm not too terribly worried about side effects, but I have heard that people have gotten tinnitus from the vaccine in extreme cases.

I'm definitely going to get it - 1 in 125,000 chance of worsened tinnitus beats yellow fever I think...but I was just curious if anyone had ever experienced anything along those lines. It would make me feel a little better when I go get jabbed to know others had gotten it without too much issue, or to just be informed if other people have experienced this side effect...and if it went away?
