A dear friend who suffers greatly from migraines has recently started using a small handheld medical device called Zōk.

She reports great success in that the migraines disappear in an hour or 2 instead of days like before.

In reading reviews, I came across a user who stating along with her migraines, she has ear fullness and ringing in her ears. She states the fullness is relieved and the ringing is down quite allot.

So of course, I ordered one. Lol.

      https://www.amazon.com/ZOK-Consumer-Migraine-Naturally-Stimulation/dp/B08GNXHZP9/

I got it on sale for $25 from the usual $45 price. Anyone else try this?

It’s a small handheld pump like device that gives a tiny puff of air into the ear and into the tympanic nerve.

After 10+ years, I still try new things. So I figured, let me give it a try and see. I’ll share results.

Hit on the face while wearing earphones (maybe TMJ?)
Wouldn't this be similar to pinching your nose shut and blowing air? Which can be dangerous apparently.

Either way I'm interested to hear about any feedback regarding these kind of devices... Keep us updated!

Has the Zōk device been helpful? How long have you now used it for?

I received it & am frankly scared to try it. The box is innocently sitting on my desk staring at me and maybe mocking my stupidity for shelling out money (again!) for something that will not only not work, but may hurt me.

Initially I was all Gung-Ho, but after receiving so many negative comments, I’m reluctant to try.

Right now, for now, the tinnitus is relatively quiet. Maybe it knows I have this awesome device that will kill it and it’s behaving. Lol.

I’ll get back with news that I’m either an idiot or a hero. Great choice.

Didn't you have hearing aids that helped you? Why do you need Zōk then?

@Momme, because nothing is perfect. If you have this miserable condition, you must know it waxes and wanes. I get spikes like everyone does.

Update. The Zōk didn’t help me. I waited until I had a miserable throbbing headache with the tinnitus spiking. No change in my tinnitus.
