Dear @billie48, I hope you are doing well. I recently cought Covid again and once more it gave me a big spike and this time I need to adjust a bit more, especially regarding my sleep. There's something I'm wondering about your sleep routine. You have mentioned to me before that you use background noise (a sound machine I believe) for sleeping, in a reply to another user you also mentioned that you can also fall asleep without any background noise. So I'm mostly wondering, even with your long-term habituation to loud tinnitus, do you get more refreshing sleep or have a somewhat easier time to fall asleep with background noise?
