Avoid concerts. Not worth taking the chance.

If i'd ever go to a concert i'd definitely take earplugs with me, and the moment anything feels too loud i'm outa there

That's exactly what I do. Can't let life stop. I mean, it's crap enough getting tinnitus, so why should we let it stop us from enjoying things too.

Just eat and drink what you want :) I drink alcohol, eat chocolate, chips, drink Cola, coffee. You know what? My T keeps improving. Just enjoy even the little what you can!

Isn't that a good thing? I mean back when we didn't have T, most of us weren't asking those questions. Look where that got us.

You gotta still enjoy yourself & try to do stuff with out worrying but don’t be reckless

At least we have warnings on our coffee that it may be hot...
