I got T and H when I was 16. My Audiologist found no hearing loss despite my hearing being uneven (and it still is). My ENT said to me "The ears are mysterious. I think you're fine" after I told her my symptoms revolving around Hyperacusis.

I'm 18 now. And I can gladly say that my Hyperacusis has improved significantly. I can now enjoy life again. I still have H but its lowered to such a point life seems, well normal.
