Can you tell us more about your strict ear rest?

@twa , not much to tell, I recently developed ear sensitivity and pain after putting a phone speaker too close to my ear and I'm trying to rest it in the acute phase.

@FGG my doctor did not tell me to rest my ears in the acute phase. Did they say for how long?
