Same, every night the same, wake up at 3am or 4am then can't sleep then work day begins. Don't want to take pills to sleep, melatonin does the opposite for me, has anyone got any good suggestions for sleep please?
I work from home 90% of the time, if this wasn't the case I'd be well and truly screwed. @SilverFox because my T is reactive/maybe even dysacusis then it locks onto any sounds and I'll then wake up in an even worst state with my left ear going crazy and roasting hot. I'd never have dreamt in my worst nightmares all these symptoms were even possible.
I use a crickets/cicadas/katydids video that helps take my focus away from tinnitus, partial masking. I still struggle going on 20 months and take low dose zolpidem sublingual overnight often. Tried many supplements like melatonin, l-theanine, GABA, 5-HTP, magnesium glycinate, valerian root, inositol, taurine, NAG, Glycine, CBD/CBN, THC, and more with no noticeable benefit.
