Yes, clonazepam is addictive, like all benzodiazepines, but clonazepam is probably less addictive due to its long half-life, and doctors often switch patients to clonazepam from other benzos to wean people off benzodiazepines.

That's great news man and you've tapered the Clonazepam from 1.5 mg to 0.5 mg which is a big cut. It seems there are effective treatments already, it's just a case of having a willing and capable MD to go through the evidence and carefully assess each patient!
