A Hard Time... Going Into the Emergency

Friends, Im going into the emergency. Ten days of no Bowel Movements, no sleep cant eat.

I hope that your doing better, Let us know how your doing. I had a problem a couple of months ago like that I know how you feel it was slow stomach for me. I hope you have something more simple.

going through the exact same thing have no idea how to cope with this almost checked into one last night stuck it out and still feel terrible and all my counselors have advised against going saying that they wont help you but I hope beyond hope that they help you where you are and you recover soon

im at my home waiting a MONTH to get into Mayo Clinic to get some procedures done to fix my ears and nose as those are causing massive pressure and pain which is aggravating the T so it is extremely brutal cant lie down to sleep without feeling pain ive maybe had 5 hours of sleep in the last 2 days so it sucks but nothing can be done until next month

 

That sounds horrible! I hope they can fix the issue. Just living is a difficult thing to do.

 

Same here. I can't sleep, can't think straight anymore. Didn't hit the loo for a week. Tho today I did. Every hour I consider going to the ER.. even though I know they won't help. All they can do is prescribe some pills. I so want to end this!

 

If you go to a hospital where your Dr has privileges, you may be able get a sedative to help chill you out, you should not have to suffer through all that. I know a tranquilizer/sedative will not take T away, but it may take some of the anxiety away. I have Valiums on hand for those situations.

Watch out for Benzos...In most cases they can make it worse.

 

Is xanax one because I did that and all it did was make me groggy but didn't do anything to my T?

 

Yes, Xanax is one. It all depends on the dosage and how long you take it. But, heck, everything that renders you unconscious is a blessing in disguise IMO.

Yes that is a benzo. I think it can worsen tinnitus, in some cases it causes some people's tinnitus. It's most likely on the list of side-effects.

All the best buddy ... and when you get back home buy yourself a Colema board ... hydrotherapy ... google it ... I had a friend that has years of trouble with his bowls ... no doctor could find problem ... he did a hydrotherapy session once! and already it changed so much for him ... try it.

 

Thank you your all very kind. Im slowly coming back to a sort of normal. The Gastroenterologist gave me a med that slowed my digestive tract down. Yea to the point it wasnt doing anything. I took the meds for 30 days to the point I couldnt have any sort of movement. I was really ill it made the T and H worse. Wow the anxiety was through the roof.
My stomach seems to have become very nervous. I am now weening off of Venlafaxine and am off of Trazadon. This is good. Bless you all.

 

Do you take magnesium? If not now be a good time (oxide) Check with local reputable health food store for proper doses
