Acetyl-L-Carnitine Effective for Tinnitus?

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Genuinely believe excessive sexual activity + stress
      I actually think this made mine worse so I stopped using it lol

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Virus / Microsuction / Acoustic Trauma
      I tried this for 2 months - seemed to spike me.

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Started with a cold, possibly worsened by medication/noise
      I took it for a long time, no benefit or at least it has not stopped the worsening trend.

      I just ordered some for my CFS/ME neuroinflammation. Exciting to see that it also has effects on tinnitus. I’ll make an update in a couple of weeks.
