OK I'd file this under extremely alterntive therapies. ;)

Last night I played Angry Birds on the tv through my Roku. After playing the silly game for an hour, I noticed something. I hadn't thought of my T. Not for that whole hour (or so it seemed).

Now, I have 2 theories about this. First, the background music for the game is a combination of jungle noises and crickets (which masks my type of T). Second, I was so intensely focused on completing a level that my brain had no time to think of anything else.

Not a cure, but a nice break from the constant unconscious T checking that I seem to do all day.

Are there any games that work for you?

Gaming does help, but it's not just gaming that does this.Keeping your mind occupied means it stops focusing on one thing.I think that's why the nighttime is so brutal. The mind has nowhere to turn but the over reactive neurons.

Well yes if I have a lot of live available Candy Crush while watching TV. Dont have the volume on the game as its annoying but it engrosses me enough to stop me thinking for awhile.
