OK I'd file this under extremely alterntive therapies. Last night I played Angry Birds on the tv through my Roku. After playing the silly game for an hour, I noticed something. I hadn't thought of my T. Not for that whole hour (or so it seemed). Now, I have 2 theories about this. First, the background music for the game is a combination of jungle noises and crickets (which masks my type of T). Second, I was so intensely focused on completing a level that my brain had no time to think of anything else. Not a cure, but a nice break from the constant unconscious T checking that I seem to do all day. Are there any games that work for you?
