Coffee Fruit Extract to Increase BDNF?

Have you ever tried Semax? Considering it more heavily now.

 

I have not tried Semax. I do like Piracetam though.

 

Oh wow, has it actually helped your tinnitus or just general cognition?

 

More so with cognition. Especially with verbal fluency. It does have an effect. It may give me a small and temporary reduction in tinnitus.

 

This has been on my list for some time albeit not near the top. May eventually try it although I'm probably still a few months away from doing so as I'm trying other stuff right now.

@paul mclean, any updates on the cerebrolysin? My doctor is considering Cerebrolysin and Semax. The amount of anecdotes regarding hair loss with Semax is disconcerting.

A couple stem cell clinics administer Mannitol before administering IV stem cells. They do this for the brain disorders but it absolutely sounds good for getting drugs into the cochlea.

Did you try Cerebrolysin that time?

 

P21 is a compound that is very similar to Cerebrolysin and the route of administration is more simple. Semax also promotes BDNF. I'm going to order both of these and try them soon with a bunch of other peptides.

EDIT:

I came across some research saying that too much BDNF can actually be a bad thing.
