Lol. Yeah, Canada is basically a 2nd world country when it comes to cutting edge.

I think healthcare that doesn't bill you to keep you alive is a good thing, but the amount of people with chronic issues just not getting help is alarming. Classic you aren't "sick enough" part of our healthcare system.
