      Hello,
Today I'm feeling a little bit dizzy/lightheadedness, is that normal? Have you experienced anything like this?

Yes, in my case it is probably due to anxiety, and is a very common symptom of tinnitus distress.

Dizziness is not normal with straight forward tinnitus @Jéssica Amorim, the type that you have which is exposure to loud noise. However, @Luman does have a point as stress can do many things. If you are taking any medication to help with the tinnitus, like anti-depressant it might have something to do with the dizziness. If it persists then talk to your doctor.

I woke up in the middle of the night really dizzy and lasted hours and ears so loud due to Menieres.
Get checked by your doctor if it carries on.
      Love glynis

@Michael Leigh I should have worded it as dizziness and lightheartedness are common symptoms of anxiety, which could be related to tinnitus distress.

I'm feeling better today, dizziness has passed. I took the meniere drug for a few weeks, I think the doctor was testing to see what I had.

I'm going through a very stressful time, my T is screaming in my head. So I think it might be related.
