Do I Just Hope Hyperacusis Will Go Away?

I got it 3 months after T from noise exposure.

Do I hope it goes away? Or do I need to get medical attention now?

It seems to be very up and down but sometimes it's horrible like things like talking and light switches.

It's not as painful any more but it makes my ears vibrate and shake, very uncomfortable and not sure how to explain it.

I can visit a tinnitus clinic and get white noise generators but I start my new job soon so I'm worried they will know I have it and not chose to keep me on.

 

Viking tried a drug called keppra and it cured his h, so try that.

 

You can't just try that, it has to to be prescribed by a doctor.

 

I've heard that hyperacusis is very treatable by using sound therapy.
