Ear Fullness Gradually Progressing as the Day Goes on / Certain Activities Make It Worse

Well I've been noticing the static sound in my right in increase this week, either that or I've become more aware of it. Today now the EEeeEEee sound in my right ear that developed after the COVID-19 vax has started become more of a constant tone. This all 4 days after having pain my ear after doing the valsalva maneuver. I guess I did cause damage. This is really getting to be too much to handle.

@Vicki14, the onset of fullness, distortions, sound sensitivity and so on was noise induced (+ stress). After a concert. About 20 months ago. It is what it is, and with time it will get better for most people.

I'm so happy to read this. The pressure is awful.

 

How is it now? I also have a stiff tight feeling...

 

Brian Newman swears by it and he has one of the worst cases of noxacusis in the country.

 

I have this and it’s caused by my jaw. Mild in the morning and usually dire by the time bedtime comes around. For me it’s a combination of my jaw pressing onto my Eustachian tubes and ear itself. My lower jaw is too far back, slightly more on one side than the other.
