      Hey everyone!

So I had 2 of my 3 appt with my GP and my Dentist. Neither who can find anything wrong. The Dentist did say I show small signs of grinding/clenching my teeth, but my jaw X-ray showed nothing. Any way I was doing a good job at keeping occupied and not going to absolutely quiet rooms to see if I can still hear my T. This morning how ever I feel like junk again and feel anxious about it. It's been a little over a month since my T came back and I just feel like everything turned upside down on me and my T seems a little louder.
