So I recently just got myself some ear plugs. Protects around 33 dB. I never realized how noisy places we're. I went into a store and the music was super loud. Why would you need music so loud??????? Jeez...

      Anyways, all is good.

I'd like to thank you all for the support you've shown me recently. I've been able to calm down. <3

Earplugs can be helpful @Taylorslay but try not to become too dependent on them as I've explained in my articles that I sent to you in the links.

      Best of luck
      Michael

So glad to hear that you're dong better. You are a very brave young person, and are dealing with this in a very mature and admirable way.

Right, but in the acute phase I think it's ok to wear earplugs where it feels to noisy.
But yes, be carful with becoming too dependent like I did....probably a problem now, Michael is right!
