Time is probably the biggest factor, in coping and adapting to tinnitus. It's a day by day ordeal and there is no magic
formula to this. Gain as much support as possible and understand that you can adapt and live a life. Family, friends, this forum...talking things out, is a must.
I am about 95% habituated and I suffer from very loud tinnitus. It has taken me MANY years, to understand tinnitus and know what works and what does not work. Give it time and just be patient, things can slowly improve. For some it might happen faster, but for most it will take lots of time and support....
