Head Scratch

      If you need a quick fix, have your girlfriend/boyfriend scratch your head. It feels good and masks the noise. Instant relief :)

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Probably headphones
      True. I tend to massage my back of the head / neck where I have a tender spot. There seems to also be a correlation with the tenderness and T loudness.
