Just found this forum. Hi! I live near Boston MA USA. Tinnitus first noticed in the 1980's. It's severe and I just live with it. Met with Dr. Robert Aaron Levine, learned that it's a neurological issue in my case. I've noticed when I'm stressed or fatigued it becomes much worse. Hoping a legitimate remedy or cure emerges in my lifetime.
