You should get some lowering of your tinnitus within the 3 weeks, but that's only if you follow instructions. You must sleep with it playing all night every night, not skipping, with the Koss KTX-PRO1 headphones.

I would say you might have to use Tinnitus Mix once in a while to keep the tinnitus gone, but hey you did not spend thousands of dollars at the E.N.T. and get experimental surgeries or any of that... and it was free, win win.

The solar truck is awesome, I really did not know if it would work as well as it did until I built it. This solar side by side is even better, I can go out in a blizzard (it's 4 wheel drive), catch a mess of fish, hook an electric fish fryer to it, cook my lunch, cut a load of wood with my electric chainsaw on the way home and never go to town for fuel. It will also run my house for 3 days in an emergency. I also invented this solar cooker that needs no fuel.

I can only find KSC75 headphones at my local shops.
      Are they good enough?
Is there a difference between devices you are supposed to play the track through?
      Smartphone vs a computer?

I have reactive tinnitus and sometimes hyperacusis.
Has anyone tried this track with such tinnitus?

I have tinnitus and hyperacusis. You need to be careful with the volume. And because you have hyperacusis I really suggest you get the KTX-PRO1s because of the manual volume control which becomes really useful for adjusting sound. If it weren't for the fact that you have hyperacusis it would not matter much.

I bought the KSC75s first because I thought they'd be easier to sleep with, which they are not. That was a mistake and I ended up having to buy the other ones as well because of the manual volume control mainly. You definitely can spike your tinnitus with the sound file so start slow.

The best in my opinion is the CD because there are less variables but the cost is shipping, the download is free, every phone and tablet are a little different so the in line volume control on the Koss KTX-PRO1 headphones helps a lot. Start on very low volume. Use all night every night for 3 weeks.

I've been using David's Tinnitus Mix for 2 nights. I wear a elastic head band for women to hold the headphones on. Got that at Walgreen's. At this point can't say it affected me much. I have loud low pitched hissing atm. I sometimes wear hearing aids w/maskers. Sometimes I think it's ETD but not really sure. Could just be HF hearing loss caused.

Listening today again, I find it's somewhat easier on the ears as I keep going. One thing I will say is keep the volume low. Right now I'm listening to it in the office and I can hear other people talking, but not what they are saying. I'd say that's about the right volume.

Yea that's right, AND once you knock out the tinnitus you don't have to listen to whole file, just the first 16 min is what I use now. It is a stereo mix and the rest of the file is mono.

You have had tinnitus for many years so you will have to go the full 3 weeks for results, thanks for trying Tinnitus Mix and I hope you become tinnitus free like the 430 others!!

You have only had tinnitus for a short time, you could see results sooner than others.

Reactive tinnitus is not hyperacusis. But most of the time they go hand in hand.

The only difference between Koss KTX-PRO1 and the KSC-75 is the KSC-75 don't have a headband.

Been using the Tinnitus Mix for 2 weeks every night. No improvement. I’ve had noise induced tinnitus for 5 years with a reverse slope hearing loss in left ear that dips to 50 dB loss at 1500 Hz. I do sleep with a fan on in the room as well not sure if this could be slowing the results as I can hear fan along with Tinnitus Mix.

Strangely like David mentioned the first nights were miserable with the head phones and the sounds. But now the only time I’m waking up is when I realize the headphones have fallen off. It’s become easier listening to this rather than the tinnitus.

At least you tried. I'm hoping anyone else who tries this hellmix doesn't actually end up with WORSE tinnitus.

I've got both, and they're both quite severe--100% of the time. The chronic severity has clearly affected my brain function, so I'm always extremely interested in any comments @R. David Case makes on how the Tinnitus Mix has improved brain function for some people, along with their tinnitus.

I cannot figure out why actually you are discouraging other people to make this procedure. I am skeptical too but at the moment I do not feel to encourage nor discourage other to make it, also because no one is reporting a permanent worsening of tinnitus instead some report benefit. If you are scared simply do not make it.

Yes that's the mystery I wish to solve, in helping others eliminate tinnitus I can also find out why so many report increased cognitive ability and clarity of mind. After 18 years of using it I feel 18 again. I have not been to any doctor for almost 2 decades. The reports of less pain in neck and head is even more of a mystery. How can sounds do all of this? Royal Raymond rife comes to mind. The device I invented that made this Tinnitus Mix has never existed before and I still am exploring the workings of it.

That's great you are getting used to the sounds, 5 years of tinnitus means you will have to use it for at least 2 -3 weeks for results, thanks so much for trying Tinnitus Mix and hope you get tinnitus free like so many others!!!

I'm not discouraging people. I'm saying, if it doesn't work, hopefully it doesn't worsen the condition. This is something that people who have done notched sound therapy have reported - usually it's gone away once the treatment ceased.

in 18 years not one bad event, Tinnitus Mix is safe and has been tested. 430 people to date have had tinnitus eliminated or drastically reduced.

@R. David Case I decided to give it a try following your protocol. Just a question, my tinnitus fluctuates and currently I have some good days (usually 4 good days) and some bad (usually 4) days where it is very intrusive above everything.

Would you suggest I should start your treatment when I'm having a good or bad day?
