I Think I Am Slowly Reaching My "Hear it Only in Quiet Rooms" Phase

Recently I've started having days when I don't hear my tinnitus outside or if I do hear it it is so quiet that it feels more like a sensation. I still hear it a bit in the mall though. When I'm at home I hear it well, especially in the bathroom. Mild hyperacusis is still there, ear spasms and facial pain also there but getting better with every month or even week. After a week it will be 6 months after my acoustic incident. Holding my fingers crossed.
