I'm not trolling. I got tinnitus from 2 years of band in middle school, plus 1 year of band my freshman year in high school. I only wore earplugs while in band during high school. Everyone is damaging their hearing in band. In some schools, the band teacher gives everyone earplugs to wear while playing. Unfortunately, my school does not do that, so here I am. I know it sounds like I am joking, but I'm not. I used to not wear earplugs in band because I cared too much what others thought, and figured that we all lose our hearing as we get older.

I assumed this was a typical bullshit "I took supplement X and my tinnitus got better over the same timeframe, therefore supplement X helps tinnitus" post -- which we get all the time, and which are obvious poppycock because sample-size-1 subjective case reports with no blinding or placebo control are garbage, not science.

However, if you haven't even tried it and claimed to see an improvement.... well, that's just a whole new level of silly and self-centered!

When an animal does not eat the diet that it is supposed to, it gets sick. We are told that saturated fat and cholesterol cause heart disease, but this is not true. All animal cells are made out of cholesterol. Take a look at your hand right now. You are looking at saturated fat and cholesterol.

In traditional medicine, if someone had a problem with an organ, they would eat that organ to fix it. For example, if someone had kidney problems, they would eat the kidneys of an animal to heal it.

If you follow traditional medicine, the way you would cure hearing loss is to eat raw sea anemone. If sea anemone are boiled, they die, but this denatures the proteins and destroys enzymes that are supposed to help with digestion. If the proteins are denatured, the results may not be the same.

This means you would have to eat it alive. If your tinnitus is really bad, you would be willing to try this. I am pretty sure most of you are not willing to do this. That isn't necessarily true for some cases of type 2 diabetes. Type 1 is a different story. Type 2 diabetes can be reversed if you have it because of lifestyle choices. I didn't read the rest of what you quoted though. Will be doing so now.

Really alternative this approach. For sure some exotic plant in the middle of the river combined with a animal protein could regrow hearing cells. The issue is finding that combination. It is easy for me to travel to places with lot of anemonas... but I doubt be able to eat them live... not only for dysentery but for mercury intoxication. Anemonas are poisonless.
