Kids Ear Phones

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      allergies
      I've been looking on line for some safe ear phone and I have stumble a pond kids ear phones that don't go over 80 db I wanted to know if it wolud be safe also for a adult to use them I manly want them to blocked train noise since I ride The train every morning and on my way on Train the train make a loud like exposition noise and I'm fearful that might damage my ears

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Years of excessively loud headphone use
      80 db isn't enough to hurt. But I cant say. Since the earbuds are so close to your inner ear. It might heighten you're symptoms. It's hard to say.

      Noise induced
      You are better off using "noise reducing" earplugs that have filters in. If your tinnitus was caused by "loud noise" I do not advise you to use earphones, headphones even at low level. Please click on the links below and read my articles on tinnitus that you might find helpful.

      Noise Exposure (Headphones)
      I take public transportation too and I wonder if it is even safe to use.
