Kinesiology Tape: Does It Work?

Has anyone tried using Kinesiology tape? I've got terrible neck and shoulder tension and was wondering if any folks out there have had any success using it.

I have just started using kinesio tape.
Like you I have tension in neck and shoulder. My kinesio tape is red and it has a warming effect. I also use peppermint oil. It also have a warming effect. Both things are helping me so go for it!
