LET'S MEET Together for a Celebration When a Cure Is Found!

LET’S MEET ALL TOGETHER somewhere in the world for celebration, when a CURE is found !

Sooner or later there will be a cure for tinnitus. We hope that this will happen in a near future.
I suggest that when a cure is found, let's meet someplace in the world for a celebration.
(of course, due to the distance etc, participation would not be very high, but that’s O.K.)

My suggestion for meeting point is Eiffel Tower in Paris. (I think it is a beautiful place for a celebration.)


if you have a better suggestion for a place please write..

(Note: Due to distance problem, a separate meeting point can be determined for American continent.
We can plan and arrange everything from this forum.)

And we can even have a special “salute gesture”, for which we can use there for a greeting!

When a cure is found, let’s meet under the Eiffel Tower in one beautiful summer day...

 

Count me in, it's an hour long plane ride for me. I'll be the one pinching myself to see if I'm not dreaming.

Me too! Without earplugs and ear muffs or the fear of sudden loud noises! It will be worth every minute of the 13 hours flight.

 

I'll be there, from where I live it's only a 1 hour flight and a comfortable 2 1/2 hours train ride. I just have to hop in the TGV and that's it.. Gotta love Europe for that. Everything is so close

say that you found a cure and will give a pill at (whatever place on the EARTH)/ and all the forum will be there the next day

 

Oddly enough, leaving France and flying back to the states is how I got my tinnitus. But I'm always up for a trip to beautiful Paris. Like Markku said, why wait for a cure?

Yes, Markku. You are right, 100 % cure for each and every person may not be possible.
But we can say that if a treatment of 50% success rate or a treatment which reduce T volume considerably would be enough . We can make our gathering when we achieve this success rate.

Note: But as you said, we don't have to wait for that effective treatment, and we can make a "pre-meeting" beforehand to introduce ourselves and for discussion etc. But, let it be another location.
Let's keep Paris for "great victory" ! For introduction meeting, we can set another famous place in Europe.
And another place for people in America continent.

Cool! Come to Florida! In the winter! We have palm trees, beautiful beaches, lots of sunlight -- and beer for DezDog!

A cure for tinnitus merits a meeting for all of us.

I'm there!!!...if I'm still alive by then that is. I've been waiting for a "cure" for over 50 years...which, ahhhhh, dampens the enthusiasm a little bit.

 

Well, yes.. Maybe seperate meetings can be held in every continent..

However I strongly reccomend also to make one major meeting worldwide (in Paris). The reason is to think and "dream" about it until a cure is found.. "Paris" word will enpower us and give us hope.

 

I say Tahiti, but I'm down with Paris! Bring on the CURE!!!!!
