      Unknown. Gradual, Progressive
      For me personally, nothing spikes my T. Not caffeine, alcohol, salt, or MSG. I can't guarantee that it'll be the same for you.

      The only thing that seems to have any effect on the volume is neck and jaw movements and pressure changes.

      damn, you are lucky that salt doesnt spike your T.
      sugar makes mine super loud.
      but i still im gonna give beer a try!

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Ear infection.
      If alcohol has a good affect on tinnitus by bringing the volume down. Why can't they make a pill to do the same effect?

      they're called benzodiazepines and they're even more dangerous than alcohol.

      @Mario martz alcohol doesn't affect my t but hangovers sure do, and not in a good way.

      1st time: Megaphone ;2nd time: headphones too loud
      I dont care about spikes. My T always spikes, when I get smashed once in a while.
      what I am scared about is a permanent increase. But I dont think thats possible.
      Go Drink and enjoy some nice vodka if you ask me and get really hammered:D

      Had 10 mixed drinks 12 days ago. T has spike this past week..MD alcohol did it.

      After I had a small amount of alcohol, my T switched ears for the rest of the day(!)
