      Hi, Makoto, and welcome!

When you went to the hospitals, did the doctors test you? Do you have an audiogram (test for hearing loss)?

We wish you well, and hope you'll write more soon!

Welcome Makoto! Was your tinnitus caused by loud music? I hope you find help and useful information here.

Great music, Makoto!! We're lucky you joined us on Tinnitus Talk!

Did the doctors determine whether or not you have hearing loss? We certainly understand how it is to go to a lot of doctors, and not get many answers! Hope you are doing OK. Best wishes, Karen

      Thank you Karen,
The doctor said to me that" Your high-tone range(8000Hz) is a little down(about 30db),because maybe vocational disease. Anyway, I'll do my best:whistle:

Stay strong Makoto! After some time it is possible to get used to tinnitus and learn to ignore it. Please remember to protect your hearing with earplugs or in-ear audio monitors to avoid loud noise.
